Calhoun County Sheriff promotes Lt Steve Eddy to captain
Sheriff Matt Saxton announced Lt Steve Eddy will lead the Law Enforcement Division of the Calhoun County Sheriff's Office. Eddy, 47, Albion native, joined as deputy in 1989, rose through corrections, then law enforcement, becoming sergeant in 1994 and lieutenant in 2006. He reports to Undersheriff Tim Hurtt.
