Marshall City Council vacancy after Wayne Booton resignation
Wayne Booton resigns from the Marshall City Council effective January 4 2013 for personal reasons. The council will fill the Ward seat within 60 days via letters of intent to the City Clerk. New Ward member will assume Booton’s liaison duties to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
