Plans announced for 2016 Ice, Wine and Blues Festival
Downtown Marshall plans a Mardi Gras themed two day event beginning Friday Feb 5 with ice carving by John Merucci at two locations. The event features extended shopping hours, live blues, wine and beer tastings, two craft breweries, and food samples across ten downtown venues. Proceeds benefit MAEDA and The Franke Center.
