Three car injury crash at Angola and Central Roads
Michigan State Police Marshall Post responded to a three vehicle injury crash at 5 06 p m December 7 at the Angola Road Central Road intersection. A 43 year old woman eastbound on Central ran a stop sign hitting a 43 year old man southbound on Angola, driving him off the road into trees. The crash pushed his vehicle into a northbound 24 year old woman. The at fault driver was unconscious and airlifted to Arkview Medical Center in Fort Wayne Indiana. The other two drivers had minor injuries and seek their own treatment. Drug and alcohol use were not suspected. For more information contact Trooper Eric Iden.

Rollover Crash Responded By Michigan State Police
Michigan State Police Post responded to a personal injury crash on Olivarda Road near Arney. A southbound vehicle lost control and rolled onto its driver side. Three passengers were in the vehicle. two were transported by ambulance to Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo. Both injured riders were not wearing seat belts and alcohol may be a factor. Further investigation will be conducted.

For the week of December 3 to 9 the Marshall Police Dept. reported six arrests or charges including retail fraud four traffic arrests and one warrant arrest. The department conducted 71 traffic stops issued six citations and two accidents were reported. The Traffic Enforcement Zone for December 13 to 19 will target Kalamazoo Avenue Brewer Street and Marshall Avenue.

Elderly Woman Assaulted by Caretaker in Cosmopolitan St
Marshall officers responded to an assault report involving an 81 year old woman and her 69 year old female caretaker in the 500 block of Cosmopolitan Street. The incident occurred on November 18 with report filed December 5. Victim declined to pursue charges.

Marshall police report a young white couple fled Denny's after dining for 39.02 dollars around 12 30 p m on November 30. Described as a younger white male with black hair and a younger white female with blonde hair, they left in a black Pontiac two door sedan.
