Marshall police investigated a retail fraud at Family Fare on November 25 around 8 p.m. An unknown white male in his 20s, about 5 8 and slim to medium build, with facial hair, wore a gray Detroit Lions hat a dark tracksuit and white shoes. Intoxicated man breaks into wrong Marshall residence
On November 23 around 3 30 a.m. Marshall officers responded to a B and E in progress at 600 block N Gordon St. They contacted a 28 year old intoxicated male who had forced a door window and entered the entry way. He was placed in custody and lodged at Calhoun County jail on illegal entry charges. Sheriff’s office assisted and the case remains open pending court proceedings.
