Art and athletics unite in Marshall pool mural project
The Marshall Public High School pool mural project blends art and sport through a 25,000 mural built by A3 students, high school swimmers, and community volunteers. Conceived by Sonia De La Torre, the piece features two 32 square foot glass mosaics and 14 painted panels around the scoreboard, funded by local foundations and supported by East End Studio Gallery, Marshall District Library, and community donors.
