104-year-old Bertha Winslow keeps walking daily
Bertha Winslow, born 1907 in Johnstown Township, celebrated her 104th birthday in Battle Creek. She walks daily to stay independent, survived pneumonia last month, and recalls Ford cars, Kellogg connections, and a life split between Battle Creek and Florida. She credits family, work at Kellogg and in a produce market, and a love of travel for her long, active life.
