Kaleidoscopic sculptures and art spaces at Kalnins barn
Kalnins displays a diverse array of outdoor brass works and bronzed figures, including a brass instrument mobile, Gort from The Day the Earth Stood Still, and a towering Bellerina sculpture. Inside, photos, more art, and a reading nook complement a multi level barn built with wood and steel reinforced styrofoam. Kalnins, a retired surgical nurse, collaborated on Art In The Eye and recently led a workshop for young artists in Hastings.
