Marshall City Council Eyes Cronin Building Negotiations
After years of failed contracts, Marshall considers a new development agreement for the J.H. Cronin Building on E Michigan Ave with Steve Eyre of LaFollette Custom Homes. Eyre offers $1,000 plus grants and up to 200000 for utilities and rehab. council seeks detailed terms and possible HUD 150000 grant to upgrade downtown infrastructure.
