Parking meters under review by Marshall Downtown group
After two hours of debate the Downtown Development Authority Parking Committee could not decide on a plan for downtown Marshall meters. A motion to remove meter heads for a year failed. the DDA will present a recommendation to the City Council in May amid split views among realtors and retailers about enforcing or removing meters.
