Debate covers internal candidates, bid processes, and potential elimination of the city manager’s admin assistant role.
Adults are invited to the Marshall District Library meeting room on Tuesday April 21 at 7 p.m. to hear Kathleen Oerther owner of OERTHER'S a local lawn and garden shop. She will discuss eco friendly practices including biodegradable bio pots peat pots cow manure as fertilizer and composting. A new tray recycling program at her store will be discussed and tickets for a prize will be issued as they become available light refreshments provided.
Space is limited in the upcoming program registration is required. To register pick up a free ticket at the Information Desk.
Marshall Recreation Department invites teams to register for spring sand volleyball with sponsor fee 60 dollars before April 24 and 65 dollars after if space allows. Open to players 15 and older with leagues Sundays Co Ed 6s Mondays Women 6s and Tuesdays Co Ed 4s. Player fees 10 dollars for City of Marshall taxpayers and 15 dollars for others. Fees due at season start.
