Fiber to the Premises project gains council approval
Marshall City Council unanimously approved six recommendations for the Fiber to the Premises high speed internet project after a March 20 public hearing. Director Ed Rice says the two year effort aims to serve residents and businesses while keeping costs down and preserving service levels. The project promises to attract people to the community and should be in place by late summer.
