Georgetown trip ends in liquor charge at Police Court
On September 6 Chief Constable McPherson questioned two intoxicated youths who admitted a Georgetown jaunt where they obtained a bottle. John Sheppard of Georgetown faced Police Court on the 21st for liquor not in a private dwelling. LeRoy Dale represented him. magistrate A B Nicklin presided and judgment was reserved. Troster of Toronto was fined 20 and costs for feckless driving. Leamon Profile Officer and H H Montgomery of Sault Ste. Marie were assessed 10 07 and costs for speeding.
