Acton's Early Days book published by local press
Our contribution on Monday of this week that book Acton's Early Days that we've been talking about for some time left our hands and will be completed when we next see it. The publishing of such a volume in a plant of the size in Acton is just a little out of the usual. It was a new experience and costly. We are glad the book is being made available though it may not cover costs. A picture of Acton in the early days is included and an Addenda added. Subscribers can secure a copy by paying three years in advance. Next week the book should be available.
