Niagara Tunnels Not For Tourists
The Niagara project at Queenston builds twin tunnels for Sir Adam Beck Niagara No 2 to divert Niagara River water under Niagara Falls to a 24 4 mile canal and powerhouse forebay. Two 5 mile long tunnels will carry 40 000 cu ft per second, enough to serve 216 000 000 people daily.
