First Life Memberships Given by Museum Board
The Halton County Museum Association presented its first life memberships Monday to Dull Alexander and his cousin Bill Alexander, honoring the pioneer family. Curator Major Hal Newman announced plans to raise funds with tea service and noted the museum lists about 100 items including a 1840s English bicycle and a 105 year old rosewood piano. The meeting discussed repairs, wiring, roofing, and donations of tables and chairs as the building expands during Fire Prevention Week.
