Ontario Manufacturers Favor Moves Despite Barriers in Smaller Towns
The Ontario Economic Council reports 41 manufacturers with sites outside large cities would relocate again under identical conditions. Critics in Goderich and Acton argue against industrial development, fearing loss of small-town character. How many Ontario towns share such opposition remains questioned.
