The Merry Mountain Minstrels of Hamilton performed in Acton in the Acton United church sponsored by the local choir. About 350 attended a program at the public school auditorium raising funds to buy an organ for Olivet United church in Hamilton. The group featured 40 in blackface, Velowe outfits, end men, interlocutors, soloists, instrumentalists, and Judy whosled sales. Rev Carson led the church chorus and Mrs Carson directed. Content included jokes and stunts. Rae West urged the audience to support. After the show, Hamilton friends were treated to cafes and refreshments.

Raymond Braida Wins Public Speaking Trophy at Acton School
