Wheels and Tires Stolen From Car Recovered Near Speyside
The L E Atkin son car stolen on July 10 was found a week later about a mile and a half west of Speyside. Four tires and wheels, gas tank top, radiator top, and heater hose were removed in an apparent siphoning attempt but no gas was taken. Berry pickers discovered the vehicle in the bush and Chief Harrop brought it to Acton.
