Wedding of Mary Kay Gibbons and Brian Martin in Acton
Mary Kay Gibbons and Brian William Martin wed at St Joseph’s Acton on August 10 in a double ring ceremony officiated by Father W J Morgan. The bride, a St Bernadette’s teacher, wore an empire gown of white silk shantung with Guipure lace, and carried white roses. Attendants wore turquoise gowns with yellow rose headpieces. The couple, living in Kitchener, planned a honeymoon to Vermont and Quebec, with celebrations at the Breslau Hotel. Guests hailed from multiple Ontario communities, and showers preceded the wedding.
