William Frank Penson of Georgetown was at fault in a Wednesday evening collision five miles south of Acton when a two-ton truck struck the Ford Falcon driven by 23 year old Lewis Douglas Jackson of Gosiph. Jackson died from injuries after 6 pm. Jackson’s car sustained about 2800 dollars damage while the truck $1000. Constable Tom Ponrico of the Milton OPP investigated.
