Most Prominent Citizens Remembered in Concord Obituary
The passing of Charles Prescott leaves a void in Concord as longtime farmer and helper to many. Born November 14, 1858, he faced a health scare yet remained active, with a legacy of public spirit, dancing, and readiness to assist on town occasions and for movers. He endured a stint in Arizona and New Mexico in 1880 and 1881 before returning to steady work.
