Grays Harbor jetty contract nears government approval
Work by Hale & Kern on the Grays Harbor jetty nears acceptance after Maj. Millis reviews, with E L Carpenter traveling to Seattle to report. The project, started in 1897, is one of the state's largest government contracts, and finishing the jetty would require another $1,000,000 plus likely future funding.
