Aberdeen tidelands board debates tideland appraisements
State Land Commissioners in Aberdeen discuss completing platting and appraisement of tidelands in front of the city to enable sale to mill companies. The 1903 law hampers work by basing appraisements on values from about fifteen years ago, allowing occupancy by mills without state rent.
