Judge Phillips' court spent yesterday and today on a preliminary examination of Mr and Mrs Peter Pytula Polish ranchers seven miles up the Wishkah river held on arson charges. Polish witnesses and an interpreter slow the proceedings. The Pytulas and another family owned the burned house jointly and allegedly set the fire to collect insurance after a dispute.
