State Board Raises Value for Cotton and Fertilizer Plants

The state board of equalization boosted taxable values for cotton mills cotton oil mills and fertilizer plants by 3 335 760. Final valuations show cotton mills 24 904 386 oil mills 1 674 000 and fertilizer plants 21 844 727 with net increases from 1904 to 1905 of 2 706 117 339 450 and 291 193 respectively. Counties gain impact from industrial item additions.
