Jetter on Karen Island as Grand Trunk Pacific terminus prospect
Bishop Du Vernet writes from the East describing Karen Island as the likely western terminus site for the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway. He urges careful development of Northern British Columbia and offers information to future settlers.
