Yerington High School opened on September eighth with sixty pupils and six teachers. Mr Willis Smith leads agricultural classes under the State Board for Vocational Education in Nevada, with ten active students in the program housed in the manual training building. Miss Mae Patterson manages commercial work, Mrs June Ryker oversees home economics, and Agnes Constable directs Algebra English Latin for girls, aided by Alma Maxwell in Latin and history.
