Notice of patent applications for Jim Copper and Bra in copper lodes

In the United States Law Office on September 04 1068 Edgar J Myer of New York by attorney R J Britt of Yerington Nevada will file a United States patent application for the Jim Copper Bra in Copper lodes in Mason Mining District Lyon County Nevada. The claim covers 1490.63 linear feet on the Jim Copper Lode with 300 feet on each side from the center, and similar extents on Braun Copper and Opher Copper lodes, as detailed in Survey No 3412 with plats and field notes to be filed at the Carson City Land Office. The description includes corner references, bearing objects, discovery posts, and line bearings across sections 3 4 33 34 43 44 in Townships 15 14 North Range 74 24 East Mount Diablo Base and Meridian.
