The First Judicial District Court of Nevada Lyon County issues a summons in the divorce action filed May 4 1909 by Josie V Powers against Edward TY Powers. The plaintiff seeks a decree of divorce on grounds of abandonment since 1917 with child custody stakes and requests judgment if the defendant fails to answer within ten to forty days.
