Public Water Right Application in Verington Nevada 1908
On May 26 1908 C H Barrett of Verington Lyon County Nevada applied to the State Engineer for permission to appropriate public waters from West Walker River. The plan is 500 cubic feet per second to be conveyed by pipe ditch flume and used for electrical milling and railroad purposes with return to stream later. Publication dates June 13 1908 and July 4 1908. Proof of publication must be filed within 90 days.
