On December 6, 1907, B C Thrall of Wellington Lyon County Nevada applied under Section 25 Chapter XVIII for appropriation of public waters. Dam construction will divert six cubic feet per second from Burbank canyon to Sec 9 T11N R25B for irrigation. First publication December 21, 1707. Frank R Nichols State Engineer.
