Indian Murder Verdict Faces Three Suspects
Louis Charley was found dead near the railway south of town and friends say Indian Jimmy and two others are charged with murder. Rev. George Waters notes the victim was foully slain and Charley, a son in law of a fort worker, had money on him and was returning from the fair. He left a wife and three children. three Indians were with him and the saddle was recovered.

City Council Rejects Bids for Front and First Streets Work
