The house commerce committee reports favorably H. R. No. 217 by Hutchinson of Spokane making it a misdemeanor to sell less than 2000 pounds of coal per ton. Missing Will Lets Creighton Estate Standstill
Omaha authorities report the last will of the late John A. Creighton has disappeared. The 3 year old document, once found, was believed to be superseded by a later will. Judge Woolworth drafted the will, but no record exists in his papers. Creighton disposed of much property including a mine valued at 3,000,000. Executors fear another will exists and await discovery to resume affairs.

Senate Debate Over Government Right to Appeal on Law

Bridge Repairs Begin at Union Gap Delaying Traffic
Tuesday morning work started on repairing the Union Gap bridge after damage from high water. A pile driver will begin this morning and operations will be rushed to complete the repairs. Traffic is expected to be delayed about eight to ten days. A portion of the bridge remains temporarily in use.
