Commercial Club Officers Elected At Annual Meeting
The Commercial club held its annual election last night. Henry H. Lombardi was chosen president for the coming year with W. L. Lemon as vice president C. L. Areh as second vice president and Frank Bartholet as treasurer. Six candidates tied for governing board votes, with Carroll Carpenter and George Gandy still to be decided since the board has five seats. Trustees named: W. L. Steinweg Frank Horsley G. B. Rankin T. G. Redfield and E. T. McCoy.

Judge Rigg indicated the coming term may hear only nonjury cases. The Boyd murder case and the State v Williams, reversed on instruction, may await the next term if parties consent. Millard Boyd re trial will involve Krutz, Parker, and Vestal Snyder. Next Monday starts first motion day. equity cases proceed. jury trials expected to resume later. Discharged asylum resident bound over for assault case
H H Little was discharged from Medical Lake asylum and returned to Sunnyside. He was arrested by Deputy Sheriff Edwards, bound over to the superior court after a preliminary hearing before Judge Lannin with a $500 bond. Fred Lingenheder, victim of the Christmas Eve assault, showed insanity and was moved to North Yakima hospital for treatment.
