Flanney Case Jury Examines Witnesses On Wednesday
The jury in the Flanney case was secured and the examination of witnesses began about 4 o clock Wednesday. Jay Lynch testified that six months before the killing the defendant and the murdered woman discussed a divorce. Andrew Riddle, the Indian at whose home the killing occurred, testified to the actual killing and was turned over to the defense until Friday morning.
