Seattle man in hotel suicide leaves scant identity
A Seattle man using the name J. K. Clark shot himself in the heart with a .22 revolver in a Washington hotel on Wednesday night. He registered at 1:20 PM and was found dead in his room by night clerk Andy Squire after the room wasn’t crossed off. Police note a lack of identifying papers, with only a collar marker reading J. H. A card for J. D. Morrissey Land Company was found. He wore glasses, was 1 foot 9 inches tall, well dressed, and had $16.62 in his pocketbook. The pistol had been bought Wednesday afternoon. the piece is not fully identified.
