Washington March 12 The agricultural credits act passed by the sixty seventh congress provides a system of intermediate credit for farm needs. It envisions government loan agencies linked with federal land banks and intermediate banks in each district with up to 5 million dollars per bank. Banks may discount farmers notes from six months to three years and loan to cooperative associations under act terms.

Beautiful Life of Sarah M Cooper Ends
Mrs. Sarah M. Cooper mother of Mrs. J L Champlin of this city, died at her daughter's home Tuesday morning March 18 after a short illness bronchial pneumonia hastened by old age. She passed her 82nd birthday November 22 last year and was a long time Methodist, active in church work and social aid.
