Delegates will elect a seven member county board and officers, adopt a county constitution and by laws. A. W. Ricker and T G Crow will speak at 1 30 PM. The afternoon session is open to the public with attendees from across the county. Organizing work in northeastern Montana aims to complete four counties by month end and Glasgow hosts the final convention June 29.
