Car Goes Off Grade No One Hurt In Crash
A Tuesday night crash near the Martin Mitchell farm involved seven people in a new Chevrolet sedan owned by Tom Itami a Chelsea section foreman. The driver a young woman named Fontaine sustained a cut and a bump on the head though no one was seriously injured. The vehicle suffered heavy top damage and left the scene with the rear half flipped. Information on cause was unclear as investigators pursued clues.

Sheridan Insurance Case Transferred to Federal Court
Suit to collect 101865.40 on a robbery insurance policy issued to Sheridan county treasurer Big Torstenson was moved from Sheridan county district court to the Great Falls division of federal court. The 1926 county treasury robbery involved over 100000 in cash bonds and securities. claim proof was mailed December 28 but settlement not yet made. Removal granted by Judge S. E. Paul June 16 at the request of surety counsel William H. Clawson and Stewart Brown.
