Veteran Engineer Joseph O’Brien Dies in Glasgow Hospital

Joseph O’Brien, a longtime Great Northern engineer, died suddenly in Glasgow hospital after a train trip from Havre. He fell ill en route, and the fireman took over to bring the train to town before O’Brien passed away from heart trouble. Funeral details were not available.
