Cimarron a 3140 pound cross between a buffalo and Brahma will headline the West Texas Fair Sept 12 17. Owned by Mr and Mrs R L Davis of Scottsdale Arizona the 20 year old steer will be on display midways with a small admission. Billed as the worlds largest steer Cimarron wears six inch horns stands six feet tall and ten feet long. Born near Amarillo he was raised on Circle D Ranch Colony Oklahoma and shown at 20 fairs and rodeos since age ten. He eats five gallons of oats a day a bale of hay and favors cotton candy Cokes candied apples and beer.
