Funeral for 71 year old Eunice Mathis Hilliard was held at Spill Memorial Chapel with Rev. Virgil James and Glenn Gray officiating. She died Thursday in North Runnels Hospital. Born Sept 19 1898 in Giddings she married Elmer Hilliard in 1920 in Thorndale. They moved from Milam to Runnels County 1925 and to Winters in 1960. Surviving include her husband two sons Oliver Amarillo Leon Winters four sisters four brothers 17 grandchildren and a great grandchild.
