World Cruise Passengers Stir on Deck and in Courtroom
A five month world cruise aboard the Marenia gathers a cast including Miss Mudge the schoolteacher, Angela, Macduff the dour Scot, Dick Charlton the first officer, Joan the dissipated flapper, Jenny the runaway wife, and Captain Baring. After champagne and jade, jealousy erupts as Miss Mudge confesses love, Joan accuses, and a drunken scene erupts aboard the ship with Miss Mudge humiliated and stepping in to defuse the quarrel as the voyage continues.
