Funeral Saturday for Mrs. Faith Davis in Spill Chapel
Funeral services for Mrs. Faith Davis, 77, will be held at 4 30 p m Saturday in Spill Memorial Chapel with Rev W S Taylor officiating. Burial in Pumphrey Cemetery. She died Sunday afternoon at Cedar Lodge Convalescent Home in Los Angeles. Born Minnie Lewis January 30 1890 in Arkansas she moved to Texas in 1906 and married Faith Davis the same year in Llano. Survivors include son John Joe of Los Angeles sister in law Ada Lewis of Houston and several nieces and nephews including Albert Lewis Travis Downing Winters and Clyde Sanders Stephenville.

Linda Kay Hale daughter of Mr and Mrs J C Haynes married Jeryl L Priddy at 8 30 pm Saturday in the First Baptist Church. Rev Virgil James officiated the double ring ceremony with candelabra and gladiolas. Bridesmaids wore pink pagoda shantung. the bride in an empire gown with lace train and Watteau veil. A reception followed in the church fellowship hall hosted by grandparents. The couple plans a San Antonio honeymoon and will live in Winters.
