Winters High to Present Mystery Comedy Murder Mansion
In Winters in 1943 students prepared a Mystery Comedy titled Murder Mansion to be staged by the Winters High School Junior Class on March 26. Vocational students planned calf and hog shows with Wallace Martin in charge and Red Cross efforts in Winters sent 47 blouses and 7 quilts. Twenty reservists headed to active duty on March 18 amid county war fund drives.
