Stamford July 22 The Texas Cowboy Reunion rodeo scheduled for August 1 to 9 at the Centennial Exposition in Dallas has been cancelled by mutual consent of Exposition and Reunion officials. W W Swenson, president and manager, said the cancellation followed a request from the Exposition management after a disappointing prior rodeo and financial loss. Swenson added they agreed to cancel rather than proceed and did not seek the engagement, despite wanting a high amateur rodeo showing.
