Winters Housing Authority to Accept Elderly Housing Apps
The Winters Housing Authority plans to start formal applications soon for ten low cost elderly housing units near downtown. Executive secretary Oliver Wood said HUD representatives will explain guidelines and the board will review all applications, with notices to follow when blanks are available. Thirty units for elderly residents are due for completion by September 1 in brick duplex buildings.
