Moore of H B Zachry Co. and Brown and Root Co. said field offices would be moved in within days. Open excavation to finish in ten days, then dig for the deep Atlas silo shaft. Surface area about football field size, sloping to 40 feet deep and 180 feet in diameter. The Winters site is one of twelve around Dyess AFB at Abilene with work expected to cover a year.
