Dads Asked To Help Prepare Barn For Show
Dads and fathers of youths with livestock are asked to assist on Thursday and Friday as work days to ready the show barns for the Junior Livestock Show set for Saturday January 11. About 170 head have been entered, promising one of the largest junior shows in the area and country. The event welcomes students and members of Future Farmers of America and 4-H from Winters and Win gate districts.

All registered kindergarten pupils not attending in the fall must report for class on Monday January 6, marking the first day of the spring semester. Winters school will hold all-day classes as chosen by the local administration over half-day options.
